Providing Program/Change Management Context and Clarity

Katherine Kakie Fitzsimmons

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜 𝗗𝗢: Partner with leadership to enhance and measure adoption that results in effective outcomes by supplying them with context and clarity for the people affected by change projects. I accomplish this by using a structured strategy, drawing on my experience, education, and tools to size the change, conduct impact, and risk assessments, minimize risk, prepare for managing opposition, develop training programs and materials, coach leaders, and create communication strategies.

Together, we use research-validated Organizational Change Management (OCM) best practices and tools to accurately and precisely address human and process difficulties. As a partner in change activation, we work together and take a flexible stance to make sure the right amount of structure is in place and that everyone has a voice. Teams feel included in the process, heard, and empowered as a result. While pursuing a common objective, they are inspired and inspired to be the best.

𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗜𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦: Studies indicate using the right tools, knowledge, and best practices to integrate change and projects results in outcomes that are SIX times more successful than those that do not integrate. The solutions drive the realization of benefits that engage people, increase morale, reduce cost, increase adoption, and lead to a positive Return on Investment (ROI).

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗦 𝗠𝗘 𝗗𝗜𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧: The ability to evaluate and describe the scope and effects of a change and to gauge cultural readiness at all impacted levels gives a sound foundation for formulating a strategy. Together, we can include best practices utilizing language that clarifies messaging, guarantees proper cascading of information at various leadership levels, and ensures organizational practices are compatible with organizational principles, maintaining leadership alignment and on track.
